This 1 hour 15 minute class practices traditional yoga pranayama, breathing practices, asana, poses and vinyasa, a flow of asana poses. This class starts seated in chairs for the pranayama and meditation practices, move to standing flow of poses, gradually moves to the floor for seated poses, and end with supine postures. The emphasis is on the strength and flexibility of the spine. Once the spine is warmed up, next focus is on the core and strength of the upper and lower body. Beginner and Experienced students welcome. $5.00 Drop in fee
