Plan History & Update Process

The current Plan was adopted on June 30, 2011. An update of the Plan is now required every ten years in order for the Town to be eligible for discretionary state funding. Work is just commencing on updating this Plan. The new Plan will establish a common vision for the future of Westbrook and recommend policies that will help attain that vision. The Plan must be completed by mid-2021.
